When will my order arrive?
We do our best to get your order to you quickly!
Processing time: 2–4 business days to carefully pack and prepare your order.
Shipping time (UK): 3–4 business days once it’s on its way.
So in total, most UK orders arrive within 5–8 business days.
As soon as your parcel ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not just yet at the moment we only deliver within the UK.
We know lots of customers outside the UK are interested in Silk & Stitch, so international shipping is something we’re working toward for the future.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes — if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to update the address.
Once an order is packed or dispatched, we’re unable to make changes. If that happens, we can look at options such as cancelling (if possible) so you can reorder to the correct address.

Include: Order number, the full new address (including postcode), and any delivery notes
Please note: We can’t change the country/region on an order after it’s placed.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
You can also log into your Silk & Stitch account on our website anytime to check the latest status of your order.
Can’t find your tracking email? Double-check your spam folder, or drop us a quick note at support@silkstitch.co and we’ll resend it.
Can I return my order?
Of course we want you to love your purchase. If not, you can return new or lightly used items within 30 days as long as they’re undamaged and in their original packaging.

Please note: We can’t accept returns for items that are heavily used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We want checkout to be simple and secure. You can pay using:
Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay
All payments are processed safely through our trusted provider (Shopify Payments), so your details stay protected.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes you can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping, so we can’t guarantee changes — but reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Why was my payment declined?
Payments can be declined for a few common reasons, such as:
Incorrect billing details (name, address, or card number)
Insufficient funds or spending limits
Your bank flagging the transaction for security reasons
What to do:
Double-check your card and billing details match exactly what your bank has on file.
Try another payment method (we accept major cards plus Apple Pay & Google Pay).
If it still doesn’t go through, contact your bank — they’ll be able to confirm what’s happening.
