If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@silkstitch.co with your order number and tracking reference. We will investigate the matter with our logistics partner and determine the package status. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or process a full refund to your original payment method.
What is your return policy?
Personal Returns (14 days): Return unworn items with tags within 14 days of delivery. You pay return shipping (£3-£8). Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt, plus 3-5 days bank processing.
Faulty Items (6 months): Return damaged or defective items within 6 months for full refund or replacement. We cover return shipping. Email support@silkstitch.co with photos for approval.

How Do I Initiate a Return?

We'll respond with return authorization and shipping instructions within 12 hours. Once approved, package your item securely and send it to the address we provide using tracked shipping.

Each product page displays a detailed size chart specific to that garment. Measure your chest, waist, hips, and sleeve length loosely, then compare your measurements against the chart provided.
